A Practical Incoming Wig Inspection
An incoming inspection should confirm what was agreed in the order. It is most useful when the checks are defined before production begins.
Before you place an order
Start with identity checks: style code, material description, colour reference, cap details and packaging. Compare units with the approved sample and record differences in a simple inspection sheet.
Build the approval record
Review lace handling, stitching, odour and shedding against written criteria. If laboratory evidence is required for a chemical-residue or material claim, ask for an applicable report rather than assuming the claim is established.

Make the next order easier
Agree how issues will be documented and resolved before dispatch. Batch references and consistent photographs help both teams investigate a problem without relying on memory.
Use this guide with your sample brief
Send your preferred style code, expected quantity and destination to DaHui. Ask the team to confirm the relevant product options and order terms. Keep any agreed changes with your sample record so the purchasing and production teams work from the same reference.
