Writing a Useful Wig Care Card
A care card should help the customer look after the exact product in the box. A generic paragraph copied across all wigs can create avoidable confusion.
Before you place an order
Identify the material first. Human hair and synthetic fibres may need different products, handling and temperature limits. Request the instructions that match the approved sample, rather than borrowing directions from another style.
Build the approval record
Organise the card around detangling, washing, drying, storage and permitted styling. Use plain words and avoid absolute promises such as no shedding or unlimited heat. Delicate lace should receive its own handling note.

Make the next order easier
Test the wording with the salon or store team that will answer customer questions. Include a product code and a support contact so customers can ask about their particular wig.
Use this guide with your sample brief
Send your preferred style code, expected quantity and destination to DaHui. Ask the team to confirm the relevant product options and order terms. Keep any agreed changes with your sample record so the purchasing and production teams work from the same reference.
