A glueless collection needs a cap brief, not just an attractive hairstyle. Fit influences how the design feels and how securely it can be worn.
Before you place an order
Specify the intended cap measurements and the adjustment system. Review grip areas, straps, combs and ear placement on the actual sample rather than assuming all glueless designs use the same construction.
Build the approval record
Ask the fitting team to record pressure points and adjustment limits. A design that suits one wearer may not suit every head shape. Product descriptions should describe the construction without promising a universal fit.
Make the next order easier
Include fitting guidance with the retail pack. If the design changes, repeat the approval process and update the product documentation before reordering.
