DAHUI / BUYER NOTES / 08
From Approved Wig to Retail-Ready Pack
Packaging protects the product and carries the information a retailer needs. Artwork approval should happen alongside product approval, not at the final dispatch stage.
Before you place an order
Agree how the wig will be supported, enclosed and labelled. Check the box dimensions against the actual product. Confirm whether inserts, hair nets, labels or accessories are part of the quoted pack.
Build the approval record
Proofread the style code, material statement, care card and contact information. Retailers should check market-specific label requirements with their own adviser before approving artwork.

Make the next order easier
Keep a signed pack sample or a complete photo record. Ask for a final packing check before shipment so a correct product does not arrive in the wrong branded box.
Use this guide with your sample brief
Send your preferred style code, expected quantity and destination to DaHui. Ask the team to confirm the relevant product options and order terms. Keep any agreed changes with your sample record so the purchasing and production teams work from the same reference.
