What to Include in a Wholesale Shipping Brief
A dispatch target and an arrival estimate describe different stages. A clear shipping brief helps both teams plan the handover and identify missing information.
Before you place an order
Confirm the destination, recipient details, shipment contents and preferred carrier quotation. Ask whether DHL or FedEx service is available for the destination and product at the time of booking.
Build the approval record
For stock items, confirm availability, payment status and collection arrangements before relying on a 48-hour dispatch target. Custom work needs an agreed production schedule before shipping can be estimated.

Make the next order easier
Record the agreed commercial terms, packing details and tracking handover. Duties, clearance and carrier transit depend on the shipment; a website headline should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date.
Use this guide with your sample brief
Send your preferred style code, expected quantity and destination to DaHui. Ask the team to confirm the relevant product options and order terms. Keep any agreed changes with your sample record so the purchasing and production teams work from the same reference.
